Project Description
The total construction area of the project is over 120,000 square meters, including 4 operating warehouses with a height of more than 40 meters, a 24-meter comprehensive office building and other auxiliary rooms. As one of the benchmark projects launched at the 2022 Shanghai Global Investment Promotion Conference, it is listed as a major project in Minhang District. After completion, it will become a first-class modern logistics center, providing Estée Lauder Group China with a modern warehouse of about 130,000 square meters to meet the needs of highly automated logistics operations.
